All stock products ship within two business days using Standard Ground. If you wish for faster deliver please contact us for pricing information. We reserves the right to contact customer, before shipping, regarding rates for overweight items and orders shipped outside of the continental US.
Refunds may be given with 5 days of order receipt for stock only items that are defective. Please make sure items are in their original packaging. Customer must call for an RMA number and ensure this number is printed on the label or written on the box in some way. Refund decision will be made once the item has been received and defects in craftmanship noted and acknowledged. No refund will be issued for misuse, accidents, or lost product. Refunds will be processed back to the credit card that was used for the purchase only.
